What does Tree Service with SLS look like?

When we come out to discuss a plan with you, we will inspect the tree for disease, decay, pests, or structural weaknesses. We will assess if trimming or pruning is needed for better tree health. We also check for hazardous limbs, proximity to structures, as well as storm risks. Then we’ll help come up with a plan that fits your budget!

Our consultations and estimates are completely free - no pressure! We can leave this brochure and service agreement with you if you need more time to decide 

 We will provide you with an estimate the same-day as the consultation. 

We pride ourselves on our affordable, transparent pricing. We do our best to work with your budget, while giving options to lower the cost if needed, with no hidden fees or extra charges. 

If you decide you’d like to get on the schedule, we will give you a tree service contract to complete that outlines the scope of work that we will perform, as well as pricing and other important information.

As soon as we receive the completed contract and deposit, we can set a start date for your job! 

Southern Land Services will arrive to your property at our pre-discussed time, and let you know we’re there! You do not have to present at the time of service, we will just need to be able to collect payment from you before we depart upon completion of the job.  

We will need a cleared path for our team and equipment to access the trees we will be servicing. Please make sure all vehicles, personal items, and pets are removed from the area for the duration of the job. Please let us know beforehand of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems you may have!  

 The SLS Team will complete the job and thoroughly clean up all debris, branches, and leaves. Logs and wood chips can be removed or left for your use upon request. Our crew ensures that your property is left in the best condition possible!  

After we are all finished up, our Crew Leader will perform a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.  

Upon job completion we will collect the remaining balance. We accept electronic Square payments, cards, checks, and cash.
